After obtaining the consent of the NBS and release from duty of the previous President and Deputy President of the Executive Board, they officially took office on February 4, 2021 and took over the management of Komercijalna Banka, Mr Vlastimir Vuković, as the President of the Executive Board and Mr Dejan Janjatović, as Deputy President of the Executive Board. Together with Dragiša Stanojević, who is in charge of information technologies and banking operations, they form the core of the five-member Executive Board that will run Komercijalna banka, a member of NLB Group in the period to come.

Who are the new members of the Executive Board of Komercijalna Banka?


Vlastimir Vuković comes to Komercijalna Banka from the position of a member of the Executive Board of NLB Banka Serbia, in charge of commercial affairs, marketing and development (CMO) - retail, corporate, small and medium enterprises and agriculture. With twenty-five years of experience in this field, this banker has travelled from banking marketing officer to CEO of several reputable companies.


He started his career in the marketing division of Vojvodjanska Banka, and for a short time he also worked in the Executive Council of Vojvodina, as an assistant to the provincial minister in the sector dealing with industry, trade and tourism.


Upon his return to Vojvodjanska Banka, he held the following positions: Director of the Division for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Assistant Director of Borrowings and Investments in the Corporate Banking Division, Deputy to the Executive Director for Risk, Deputy to General Director and Deputy President of the Executive Board (CMO). During this period, he managed numerous projects, among other, the bank restructuring project, the bank privatization project and the project of legal merger of two banks - Vojvodjanska Banka and NBG Banka Beograd, which are the projects that stand out.


He continues his career in Intesa Leasing holding the position of General Manager, and then President of the Executive Board. During his work in this company, in addition to excellent business results, his proactive approach was recognized by colleagues from other leasing companies, so he was elected Chairman of the Board of the Serbian Association of Leasing Companies and Chairman of the Leasing and Insurance Committee of the Foreign Investors Council.


Prior to joining NLB Banka Beograd, Vuković was a member of the Executive Board of Banka Intesa, responsible for retail and micro clients.


He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, and his master’s studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. He was an attendant and participant in numerous international professional seminars and conferences.


Dejan Janjatović has many years of managerial experience in banking and expertise in the areas of risk management, corporate, SME and agribusiness, retail business, business network management and improving operational efficiency.


He started his career at ProCredit Bank as a client advisor and progressed through various positions, to the position of a member of the Executive Board for Commercial Affairs, and later to risk management and operations. He was also a member of the Audit Committee of ProCredit Bank Moldova and Chairman of the Management Board of ProCredit Leasing Serbia.


He transferred from ProCredit Bank to NLB Bank also taking the office of a member of the Executive Board in charge of Risk and Operations Management.


In Komercijalna Banka he is the Deputy President of the Executive Board in charge of risk management.


The focus of his work is on improving business, improving customer service, providing support for employee development, as well as on continuous professional and personal development.


He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, and later completed his MBA studies in Budapest and passed the CFA exam, the first level.
