-       Two blank promissory notes from the borrower

- First ranking mortgage or second ranking mortgage, when the first ranking mortgage has been taken as a collateral in favour of Komercijalna banka on a property that is being financed

- Property insurance assigned in favour of Komercijalna banka

LOAN REPAYMENT

Monthly in dinar equivalent of the EUR at a middle NBS exchange rate on the day monthly instalment is paid

DOWNPAYMENT

Min 20% of the real estate purchaseprice

Min 10% of the real estate purchaseprice for the purchase of first property

EARLY REPAYMENT

Purchase of property

1% of the early repaid principal if the period between the early repayment of the loan and its final due date is longer than one year, or 0.5% if the this period is shorter, on condition that the early repaid amount in the period of 12 months is greater than RSD 1,000,000.00

* Cost of issuing the property list is presented for the issuance of one document. The cost may be increased depending on number of pages, as well as the number of property lists, required in the process of loan approval. As at the day of loan realization, the property list must not be older than 30 days from the date of issuing the same.

Housing loans are granted to the Bank’s clients with regular earnings / pensions on acurrent account opened with the Bank.
Minimum conditions for employees:
• Permanent employment
• Minimum 3 months of employment with the current employer or 6 months for employees of the entrepreneur
• Total length of service minimum 12 months
