Vlastimir Vuković́ has been the Chief Executive Officer of NLB Komercijalna banka since the legal merger of NLB and Komercijalna banka, that was completed in April 2022.

He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Komercijalna banka in February 2021 in order to manage one of the most demanding processes in the Serbian financial sector and beyond – the integration of Komercijalna banka with NLB Banka and NLB Group. 

During his work in the financial and banking sector that spans more than two decades Vlastimir Vuković gained the experience and expertise for the complex process of merging different systems, corporate cultures and values, but also the best business practices and solutions for clients of both banks.

He arrived at the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Komercijalna banka having worked for seven years at the position of a member of the Executive Board of NLB Banka-CMO, in charge of commercial and development function, both in the segment of retail and corporate banking.

Previously, he was a member of the Executive Board of Banca Intesa in charge of the Retail banking and was also the Deputy CEO-CMO of Vojvođanska banka and the CEO of Intesa Leasing.

Vlastimir Vuković was also the President of the Association of Serbian Leasing Companies as well as the first chairman of the Leasing and Insurance Committee of the Foreign Investors Council.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica and obtained his master’s degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade he is fluent in english. 

He is currently a member of the management boards of the Serbian Association of Managers, the Slovenian Business Club and the Association of Banks of Serbia; he is a member of the presidency of the Association of Economists of Serbia and a member of the supervisory board of Kombank INvest.

Dejan Janjatović has occupied the position of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NLB Komercijalna banka and a member of the Executive Board for risk management and finances since the legal merger of NLB and Komercijalna banka, that was completed in April 2022.

He became the Deputy CEO and a member of the Executive Board of Komercijalna banka in February 2021. He was entrusted with this responsible position due to his two decades experience and expertise from a wide array of banking and financial areas – risk management, corporate and retail banking, branch network management and improvement of operational efficiency.

He came to the position of the Deputy CEO from the position of a member of the Executive Board of NLB Banka, also responsible for risk management and operations, in order to ensure that, during the integration with NLB Banka, Komercijalna banka improves its position in the Serbian financial market and remains stable, liquid and reliable.

Before joining NLB banka, he was a member of the Executive Board in charge of managing risks and operations in ProCredit bank, where he started his career and spent 14 years in different managerial positions.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Novi Sad and completed his MBA studies in Budapest. He holds the CFA Level I certificate from the Charted Financial Analysts Institute (CFA) and is fluent in English.

Bojana Kaličanin-Stojanović was appointed member of the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna banka in September 2022. She is in charge of operational affairs and those from the area of IT function.

As a professional with more than twenty years of experience in key positions in IT management, project and process management in banking industry, Bojana Kaličanin – Stojanović came to the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna banka from the NLB Group’s headquarters in Slovenia, from the function of the General Manager for IT Development, and as the Deputy CIO (Chief Information Officer) of the Group.

With her exceptional and proven ability to create, lead and implement key and complex projects, such as reorganization, restructuring and transformation, she has built her professional expertise first in IT management and then expanded it to the key segments of banking processes, products and services.

In the period from 2014 to 2020 she performed the function of the Executive Director of the Department for Business Technologies and Organization at NLB Banka Beograd, while from 2006 to 2014 she occupied different key positions in the IT and organization of the former Hypo Alpe Adria banka.

As a regional expert for change implementation and management, as well as for defining and implementing the business digitalization strategy, Bojana Kaličanin-Stojanović has under her belt numerous successful projects – at both local and group level. These include several projects of replacement and consolidation of the Core system, introduction of DWH and different reporting and data management systems, implementation of digital channels and payment systems, as well as different CRM tools and concepts, improvement of credit processes and implementation of appropriate platforms, integration of banks, as well as setting up the Group IT Competence Center.

She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, after which she continued upgrading her knowledge by participating in different programs and trainings from the domain of leadership, management, project management and IT, such as Harvard Business School and Leadership Development Program – IEDC Bled School of Management.

Vladimir Bošković was appointed member of the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna banka for retail and corporate banking in June 2023.

As a professional with more than 15 years of experience in key positions in the banking industry, before joining the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna banka, Vladimir Boskovic performed the function of the CEO of the former Sberbank, and then Naša AIK banka where, despite the acquisition and integration, during his term in office, there was growth in key business segments.

Previously, as a member of the Executive Board of Sberbank in charge of corporate banking and global markets, he made a great contribution to both improving the quality of the loan portfolio in the corporate customers sector and building one of the largest cross-border lending portfolios in the Serbian market. Prior to Sberbank, he occupied various positions in Raiffeisen and Credit Agricole bank.

With exceptional and proven capacity to manage business activities that relate to the segment of large and international companies, operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, credit analysis, product development and financing local and foreign trade, Vladimir is responsible for corporate banking, as one of the key segments of operation of NLB Komercijalna banka.

He is a graduate economist and, apart from the various international courses and training programs he has attended, he is currently completing his MBA training in the area of finance and sustainable development at the Cumbria University.

He is fluent in English and Russian.
